Who is this Workshop Designed for? (Pre-requisites)

This workshop is open to:

• Anyone interested in the Advanced Parts Workshop, as well as anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of Parts and increase a sense of safety when working with them
• Anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of parts work
• People at any level of experience with Parts, including complete beginners
• Anyone who has completed the full Gupta Program and:
– Has established ART (i.e. you know the steps and can observe and communicate with the Worried Part)
– Maintains a regular meditation practice
– Has a basic understanding of the main parts introduced by Ashok and their motives

Advanced Parts Workshop

This workshop leads into a 6-session Advanced Parts Workshop, designed to help you build a deeper relationship with your Parts and create an inner environment of connection, supporting greater health and happiness.

Session overview
Session 1: How to see, hear, and feel the Parts
Session 2: How to connect with your wise, loving Self and communicate effectively with your Parts
Sessions 3 & 4: Understanding the two types of Protector Parts to reduce resistance and support openness in working with them:
Type 1: Protector Parts that use control of internal and external environments to keep you within the window of tolerance
Type 2: Protector Parts that numb or distract when you are outside the window of tolerance
Session 5: How to work with opposing Protector Parts that have different ideas of what’s best for you
Session 6: Working with Parts that you cannot yet identify or label

"I deeply enjoyed Julie’s Introductory Parts Workshop. Julie has so much wisdom and the content of the workshop is just a treasure. I truly believe that what she is doing is unique and beneficial for many people. The workshop was beautifully structured. I liked the introduction in the beginning, when Julie shared some of her personal experiences, and it made it easy for me to connect. In the beginning, Julie also said that in this workshop, the safety is one of the priorities. And I could feel it during the whole workshop. The pace of the workshop was just right: not too fast nor too slow. This is important for people with chronic health problems and nervous system imbalances. Julie is also very punctual: the workshop started and ended as it was announced. As I have chronic fatigue syndrome and not much energy, it was important to be able to plan for my energy levels in advance. As a person with sound and noise sensitivities, I must say that the quality of the sound in the workshop was very good. Also, Julie’s voice is very soothing, which was also important for me and made me feel safe. If the quality of the sound is low or / and the pace of the speech of the people is too fast, I get overwhelmed and anxious very easily. This didn’t happen in Julie’s workshop, and I enjoyed relistening to the workshop’s recording and the mediation afterwards. There was an opportunity to ask questions both during and after the workshop, which gave the participants choices. I especially loved the format of getting answers for the additional questions in an audio format. I’m having trouble understanding the information in the written form, so the audio option was perfect. Also, in my opinion, it creates a chance to connect with the coach when you hear their voice (rather than read the text). The Introductory Parts Workshop gave me so much, that I decided to attend the Advanced Parts Workshop."

When will I receive the recording?
The audio and video recording of the main workshop, along with an audio version of the exercise, will be emailed to you by the end of the next working day. This will also include timestamps to help you easily revisit key moments.

I bought the Recorded Only option. Can I still email my questions for the Additional Q&A?
Yes. Everyone who purchases the workshop is welcome to email their questions within the specified timeframe.

I bought the Live Option and I couldn’t attend. Will I still receive the Recording?
Yes, you will automatically receive a copy of the recording.

How long will I have access to the recording?
You will have access for 1 year. After this period, the workshop recording will be removed.

I need a passcode to download the recording. Where do I find it?

Can I keep the recording?
