I recommend you listen to the needs of your body about your limits, and I encourage you to practice setting healthy boundaries within our sessions.

During Workshops, I will give you exercises to practice between sessions, only you know if you have the ability to pace these exercises into your schedule, it will be beneficial to complete them, in order to help you receive the experience needed to turn knowledge into wisdom and to make the most of each Sessions, they are however, not mandatory, only you know your pacing limits.
